Want to know where your order is? Here's how to follow it every step of the way.
1. Check your shipping confirmation email
Once your order ships, we'll email you a shipping confirmation with your tracking number(s) and a link to follow your package. Tracking numbers usually become active within 24 hours.
2. Check your account
If you created an account, sign in to your account to see your order history and the latest status of each order.
3. Use the link in your order confirmation
Your order confirmation email includes a "View your order" button, which shows your order status and tracking details at any time.
Good to know
- Processing: Orders take up to 2 business days to process before they ship.
- Delivery: Most orders arrive within 5–7 business days after processing.
- More than one package? Items may ship from different warehouses. You'll receive a separate tracking number for each package.
- Tracking not updating? It can take 24–48 hours for the carrier to show the first scan.
