Order Processing Time
We know you are eager to receive your order. However, due to payment verification and secure card processing, please allow 2 business days for your order to be processed internally before it leaves our facilities.
Orders are not processed on weekends or major holidays. If we are experiencing an exceptionally high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We are pleased to offer Free Shipping on orders over $70.
For orders under $70, shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and the weight of your package.

Standard Delivery Estimate: Once processed, we intend to ship and deliver your order within 5 to 7 business days.
Multiple Packages (Split Shipments)
We always attempt to combine your order into a single shipment to reduce waste and inconvenience. However, our inventory is distributed across multiple warehouse locations to facilitate faster global shipping.
If your order contains multiple products stored in different facilities, your items may be sent in separate packages. You will receive a unique tracking number for each package sent.
Warehouse Locations & Customs
We strive to fulfill orders from the regional or local warehouse closest to you to ensure quick delivery and avoid extra fees.
However, depending on stock availability, it may be necessary to ship your order from one of our international facilities.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes: If your order is shipped from abroad, EmbraceYourFaith.org is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, VAT, clearance fees, etc.).
International Shipping Policy
We currently ship to the following regions:

Rest of the World: We ship to select other countries on a case-by-case basis, provided we can manage the specific Tax and VAT obligations for that region.
Note: If we are unable to ship to your specific location due to tax regulations or logistical constraints, we will contact you immediately to arrange a full refund.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will typically be active within 24 hours.
Damages
While we take great care in packing your items, EmbraceYourFaith.org is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
